Orange County CCW renewal


CCW renewal for OCSD CCW permit holders.


An OCSD approved CCW renewal class, covering the legal, ethical and administrative aspects of concealed carry and the use of lethal force in self defense. PLEASE NOTE: IN THE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS MAKE A NOTE OF THE DATE OF YOUR CLASS. CHOOSE ANY DATE THAT A REGULAR CCW CLASS IS SCHEDULED.

Note: price does not include $25 range fee which is payable in the Pistol Office upon signing in.

Required Gear

Eye and ear Protection, Personal firearm(s) to add to your CCW License (maximum of 5), 2 magazines minimum for each firearm, 150 rounds for your primary handgun, 75 rounds for each extra firearm, Belt, holster and magazine holder


Class times vary!, If joining a regular CCW class, renewal students join at 10: 30 a.m. (subject to change) and complete 4 hours training covering firearms safety, law and shooting. For stand-alone CCW renewal classes (call us if you're not sure what you've booked) your class will either run from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.


Classes will be held at Prado Olympic Shooting Park in Chino, CA. Take the 91E from Orange County, then the 71N and exit at Euclid/Butterfield. Turn right, and the range is 300 yards down the road on your left. Head to the Shotgun side of the range (left side) and look for the gray and blue trailer classroom.
